Governance Process

In 2019, the Office of Information Technology (OIT), in coordination with  IT Governance and Oversight Board (GO IT Board) and Common Systems Group (CSG), established a methodology and processes for initiation, assessment, planning, review and implementation for campus-wide IT projects and IT policy review procedures. Since then, the governance process has undergone various changes and standardizations. The current IT Governance process documentation can be found in the menu links on this page. Archived documents are also available for historical reference.
