Admistrative Support

The objective of OIT Administrative Support is to see that the basic needs and requests of staff are met in a timely manner as well as organize event planning details. Administrative Support duties consist of (but are not limited to) helping members of the department order business cards and office supplies, obtain parking spaces for visiting  guests, reserve conference rooms for meetings, and book flights for business travel. Administrative Support also oversees monthly water deliveries as well as organization of catering for department-related events.
