Front Desk

If you’ve got a question regarding just about anything that’s happening at OIT/IDRE, the Front Desk is the place to start. If they can’t help you with whatever it is you need, they can certainly take you to someone who can. The Front Desk provides administrative and operational support for all OIT/IDRE staff, ensures facilities are reserved and functioning correctly, is involved in all OIT events, and works closely with the OIT Technical/Desktop Support staff. The Front Desk is part of the Operations team and supports all of the functions of the Financial Administration team. The Front Desk also manages OIT/IDRE key management activities and works with the IDRE Technology Group to facilitate physical access to the Technology Sandbox and the Data Center.
